- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awful experience. I injured my knee in August and I twice scheduled an appointment Orthocarolina only to have the nurse pop her head out of the back office to say Dr. Delay is running 30 to 45 minutes late. On the day of my second scheduled appointment I called Dr. Delay's office 45 minutes before my arrival and the nurse said he was on time. Both appointments were afternoon appointments. I cannot comment on the Dr. Brian Delay since I never saw him. The office staff was helpful but were indifferent about the doctor running late. For folks considering seeing this doctor, I'd strongly suggest you obtain an early morning appointment to be safe. In my case, there were no morning appointments available that were not weeks out.
