- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is a joke. Scheduled an appointment early 2016 and when my husband showed up they had no record of his appointment in the system. He had to come back for another visit later in the week since they couldn't fit him in. Thinking this was a fluke he returned; somehow it happened again in October, again they didn't have his appointment in the system. He'd already taken time off from work and they told him in order to be seen he would have to be an accute visit. He was forced to pay a copay for what should have been a wellness visit with no copay, and come back a week later for a wellness visit. Customer service in billing was extremely unhelpful and acted like we were making this up. DO NOT GO HERE! Unorganized, unhelpful and willing to lose a patient over $25.
