- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr is great. Office staff needs to be retrained. I also had the office manager wanting me to make calls on her behalf. (Really) They can't do there job and want the patient to do it for them. Call center complicates more than helps. You cant call the office direct. I can see how they will loose patient going there.
