  I am a patient and am very happy. I saw the other reviews on here and do not understand. This doctor has a great bedside manner, I have never had an appointment cancelled and they are always on time when I show up. I am diabetic and they try new medications to get me as under control as possible, and they respond to messages quickly on the MyCarolinas portal. They are quick to get prescriptions in, and they bend over backwards for my (excessive) requests for prior authorizations and other paperwork when dealing with my insurance. They're great and I'm glad I have them.

  If you are dealing with thyroid issues, go elsewhere. They will fight you at every turn if you need a medication increased and will not listen when you tell them you are still experiencing symptoms. Going back to my primary care doctor who is willing to listen to what is going on with my symptoms and us like this office not fight with me over refills of thyroid medication. This is thyroid medication after a thyroidectomy and the treat you like a drug seeker!

  Dr. Hester-Clarke is very thorough you can tell she love what she do and cares about her patients. It's about an hour and 15 minute drive for me to get to her office but it is so worth it! A friend highly recommended her to me after I had a bad experience elsewhere. I believe moving forward to make her my specialist was one of the best things I've done all year!
